4.2 Advertising & Marketing (Apple & ATT Compliant)
• TDC Charge only: We may use personalized advertising and marketing to show relevant promotions, measure ad performance, and deliver campaign analytics.
• Consent Required: On iOS, tracking via Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only occurs after user grants permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
• Users can control tracking anytime via device settings.
• TDC Energy does not use IDFA or personalized advertising.

4.3 Improving Services & Security
• Analyze usage trends for feature optimization and network efficiency
• Monitor accounts for suspicious activity or potential fraud
• Retain necessary logs for diagnostics and system improvements


5. Data Retention
• Account data retained while active; deleted within 30 days upon request
• Transaction records: minimum 2 years (tax & dispute compliance), anonymized thereafter
• Real-time charging device data: 12 months
• Precise location data: 7 days (unless extended via user preference)
• Support communications: 3 years
• Diagnostics & crash logs: 30 days
