Agreement to Terms

3.Product availability and ordering
All products offered on our website are subject to availability. While we attempt to keep our website updated with current inventory status, products may occasionally be temporarily out of stock or permanently discontinued. We reserve the absolute right to refuse any order, limit product quantities to any customer, discontinue any product line at any time, and cancel any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the specified product(s) at the stated price. Your order does NOT constitute acceptance of that offer. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your order, in its sole discretion, for any lawful reason or for no reason. You will receive an email confirmation only when we have accepted your order and your payment has been authorized and processed.
Orders are processed sequentially in the order they are received. Processing typically begins within one business day of order placement. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

4.Pricing, promotions, and payment terms
All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If a pricing error exists on an order you have placed, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and allow you to either accept the corrected price or cancel your order.
Promotional pricing, including sales, discounts, limited-time offers, and bundle deals, are valid only during the specified promotional period and for the specified products unless otherwise stated. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly permitted. 
Sales tax will be calculated and charged according to applicable local, state, and federal tax regulations based on your billing address and shipping address. You are responsible for ensuring that the tax information we collect from you is accurate. All charges are final, except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

5.Payment authorization and processing
By providing payment information through our website, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the full order total, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner or holder of the payment method provided and that you have the full legal authority to authorize charges to that payment method.
We process payment through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not directly store full credit card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive payment data on our systems. All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to our payment processors. If your payment fails for any reason, we may attempt to retry the charge up to three times. Each attempt will generate an authorization request to your financial institution.
You agree to pay all charges that are incurred to your account, including those charged due to a failed first payment attempt. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information on your account. If payment information becomes inaccurate or invalid, you agree to update it immediately. If payment cannot be processed due to invalid or missing information, we reserve the right to suspend your order or cancel your account.

6.Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
For detailed information regarding shipping options, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and shipping policies, please refer to our  Shipping Policy. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by all provisions of our Shipping Policy.
The Company arranges for shipping and delivery of products to the address you specify. However, once a product is shipped and handed over to a carrier, the risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to you. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders of high value.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide is complete, accurate, and accessible. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, you will be charged for return shipping and reshipment costs. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees.

7.Returns, refunds, and exchanges
All returns, refunds, exchanges, and related policies are governed exclusively by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all conditions, timeframes, and procedures set forth in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase, as it contains important information about your rights and our policies regarding defective or unwanted products.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy shall govern all matters related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

8.Limited warranty and warranty disclaimer
Depending on the product purchased, certain products from TDC come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The duration of the warranty varies by product type.
This limited warranty specifically excludes and does not cover: normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, damage resulting from improper installation or use, damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence, damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs, environmental damage including weather exposure or water intrusion, damage from accidents or impacts, compatibility issues with certain vehicles or charging methods, and products that have reached the end of their normal service life. Products installed by anyone other than our authorized installers may have limited warranty coverage.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. 
This disclaimer applies to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, violated these Terms, or violated applicable law, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account, block your access to our website, cancel outstanding orders, refuse to process future orders, and pursue legal action against you. Account suspension or termination may be permanent and irreversible. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from account suspension or termination.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of our website and services and your purchase of our products.
